This oceanfront condo spans over 810 sq. ft. of comfortable living space on a single level. The master suite features a king-size bed with a plush pillow-top mattress, a private bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full-size sleeper sofa in the living room allows up to 6 guests to stay comfortably. Every detail — from the décor to the furniture — has been thoughtfully selected and professionally styled.

The Area

Please note that this property does not have a pool, but its unbeatable beachfront location puts you just steps away from the sun, sand, and sea — the perfect trade-off for ocean lovers.

Keep in mind 

• There is no parking space assigned.  You can park at the Marina Resort for an additional fee upon availability, please contact the concierge team for more details.  Please notice that there are about 30 steps staircase between the parking lot and the access to the condo.
• Yard maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning.
• A security deposit/authorization of $750 is due at CHECK-IN. It can only be secured via a CREDIT CARD.  Security deposits are refunded 7 business days after check out unless there are missing or damaged items.
• Enjoy vacations even more with our maid service available for an additional fee of $55 taxes included.
• DRONES PROHIBITED: Please note that drones are prohibited due to this complex’s regulations; it is considered a privacy violation.
